Key objectives
This agreement provides the signatories with a framework to recognize each other as social partners and agree to act based on the universally recognized principles on environmental, labour and human rights and to promote jointly its implementation properly. The signatories of the agreement declare to make efforts together so that AEON CO., LTD business can grow based on AEON Basic Principles and contribute to the global effort for sustainable growth.

Implementation and dissemination
All the parties recognize the importance of industrial harmony and trust between the employees and the management in implementing the Agreement. AEON CO., LTD and Federation of AEON Group Workers' Unions will provide information concerning this agreement throughout AEON corporate structures inside and outside of the country.
Review and monitoring
To monitor the stage of implementation, all the parties shall meet once a year to hear reports from each other about situations related to the Agreement and discuss how to improve the situation if there is any need to do so.
Dispute settlement and sanctions
In the event that a problem arises in regard to the implementation of the Agreement, all the parties will jointly make efforts for early resolution.
