Implementation
The management regularly fosters discussions on health and well-being at work. The management, especially local management, is the first insurance of health at work.
Dissemination
The Group Management and management shall favour the dissemination of good practices concerning Health.

Review and monitoring

Monitoring
The management acknowledges and discusses the results of the health indicators review process. The Health and Security Committees recieve and relay at the appropriate level the reclamations and suggestions of employees.

Dispute settlement and sanctions

Litigation
The employees are especially asked to grow the attention of the hierarchy and/or personnel instances in case dysfunctions may occur. The employees are encouraged to propose measures of improvement.
