Sanctions:
“Should ITSC Europe blatantly violate the clauses of the present agreement on the protection of data, thus rendering the provision of data to ITSC Europe impossible in view of labour rights and the protection of data, the members of the EU Assembly have the right to terminate the present agreement without notice. In the event of a dispute over the termination procedure, the conciliation procedure provided for in the Agreement on a European Assembly will apply.”
