“With reference to Section 1. Commitments, the Parent Company undertakes to ensure compliance with the Charter in the event of actual or alleged violation. The Parent Company shall promptly exchange information with local Head Offices and the Secretary of the EWC Select Committee in order to identify measures to put an end to the situation/s clashing with the values herein described.
Furthermore, the Parent Company shall act in order that the Group local Head Offices put into practice the aims listed in the previous Section 2 of the present Social Charter.”
“This Social Charter is written in Italian and English language and disseminated at all Group levels in the respective languages of the EU Members States where it operates.”
