“Monitoring shall be entrusted to the National Joint Commission already provided for in the prevailing Enterprise Agreement.”
“Merloni Elettrodomestici S.p.A. shall report on the implementation and the status of the agreement at the annual meeting of the EWC and at the national information meeting provided for by the national collective contract. For countries which are not members of the EWC, the information shall be given to representatives of the workers/union organisations at the individual plants by the local management.”
