" Management, EWC and H&S Committee members are responsible for the monitoring of the implementaion of the agreement. "

Litigation
If issues are not solved at a local level, the national EWC representative may be contacted. If necesary, the EWC secretary may be informed, who will refer to the Social Policies Department and the EWC expert.
