“On October 2nd, 2009, INDITEX and UNI Global Union signed a global agreement declaring their interest in the sustainable growth of the Company and in the development of best practices in tabor relations, in accordance with internationally recognized human and tabor rights.
After a fruitful period of joint work, the passage of time and experience acquired recommend renewing this global agreement, adapting its content ta the new social and economic realities, white reaffirming their commitments, to achieve the maximum effective respect for human and tabor rights within the INDITEX Group. INDITEX recognizes UNI Global Union as a key representative to advance together in a sustainable Company model and in the development of best tabor practices. “

Implementation and dissemination
“INDITEX shall internally distribute this Agreement, guaranteeing its translation into whatever local languages necessary. Likewise, UNI Global Union shall distribute it to all its affiliates with members working for the Company. Upon bath parties' agreement, they will make a joint presentation of, and provide information on, the Agreement.”
“INDITEX and UNI Global Union will cooperate to ensure compliance with the undertakings established by this Agreement establishing, for this purpose, training programs for the workers and the local management guaranteeing their full implementation.”
Review and monitoring
“INDITEX and UNI Global Union shall meet at least once a year, for monitoring, and where applicable, resolving any issues arising, related to the implementation of this Agreement.”
Dispute settlement and sanctions
“INDITEX and UNI Global Union undertake to inform each other of any potential breaches of this Agreement, thus enabling the implementation of an action plan to resolve them.

By mutual agreement, the parties may choose an independent mediator, if necessary, including in this category any legally established national intermediation bodies. “
