"The PARTOUCHE Group shall publicise the present agreement by making it available online on its website and by communicating it to its national and local managers. "

Review and monitoring

"The parties agree that a monitoring committee shall be responsible for the implementation of the agreement and that it shall meet once a year to discuss progress made with regard to the agreement and its application. The committee shall also meet on an exceptional basis at the request of one of the parties or if rendered necessary by circumstances. The monitoring committee shall have an equal number of members from both parties, i.e. 2 representatives from the PARTOUCHE Group and 2 representatives from UNI. "

Dispute settlement and sanctions

"If a complaint made under the present agreement cannot be resolved after it has been submitted to the national or regional manager concerned, UNI may refer the issue to the management of the PARTOUCHE Group. If the question can still not be resolved, it may be submitted to the monitoring committee. Should the parties still be unable to resolve a dispute concerning the application of the present agreement after discussion in the monitoring committee, the issue may, by common consent, be submitted to a mediator.
