“In order to achieve the objectives and undertakings given in this document, Nampak and UNI will engage in an ongoing dialogue and will meet regularly, for purposes of sharing relevant information about Nampak’s businesses and its strategies, according to the following principles (…).”

“Nampak and a UNI delegation shall meet at the request of either party to resolve any dispute or disagreement regarding the implementation of this agreement.”
