Agreement applied by the local management and the representatives of local staff in each country in the year 2011.
Creation of an observatory of European businesses.

Review and monitoring

Monitoring
The observatory European business reports to management and staff representatives one a year. A monitoring committee is created within the Human Resources group. A local project manager is responsible for monitoring the balance between employment/resources in each country. International HR presents the reports twice a year to the Office of CEG.
Consultations of representative bodies will be held when necessary, the local bargaining agreement is permitted.
