Dissemination
“Board members and employees in the RAG group shall be informed about the signing of this Agreement and its contents as mutually agreed by the parties to the agreement hereunder, and the same shall be done by ICEM towards its member organisations.”

Review and monitoring

“A mutual exchange of views and information between union representatives and works councils will be facilitated. RAG and IG BCE/ICEM shall regularly consult and inform each other about the implementation of this agreement and its verification.”

Dispute settlement and sanctions

Dispute settlement:
“[RAG and IG BCE/ICEM] shall, in case of conflicts or violations of this Agreement, without undue delay make the necessary contact to find a common solution.”
